If you are reading this blog post then you must have found my lovely new website-HOORAY! This website has been on the (long) to-do list so I am very excited that has finally come together. It’s going to be fantastic to have everything in one place: all the information you might need, my illustration portfolio and a brand new online shop should you wish to buy any of my wildlife inspired goodies. If you have any feedback about the website I would love to hear it!

For those of you who don’t know me, I am Rachel Corney, an artist / illustrator living and working in Bude, North Cornwall. I have always lived in and loved Cornwall, and I know I am so lucky to be able work here. I create detailed illustrations inspired by nature and wildlife mainly using ink and watercolour (although I do love to experiment). I use these illustrations to adorn a range of products that will hopefully inspire others to appreciate nature as much as I do!
I’ll be using this blog space to keep you up to date with what is going on in my world - new work, exhibitions and events, process and development and behind the scenes action. Hopefully it will be a glimpse into what I do, and how and why I do it.
