Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We always aim to ship as promptly as possible, if for any reason there is a specific urgency for your order please contact us at rmlc@hotmail.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate this. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped or will be delayed, we will let you know within 24 hours.
All regular U.K. orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class. First Class post aims to be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Please bear in mind that Rachel Corney Illustration cannot be held accountable for delays within the postal service. Delays can occur around bank holidays and key dates like Christmas. Orders of particularly large size and/ or value will be delivered by courier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If orders are returned to us due to errors in your shipping address postage will be charged again before orders can be resent.
CANCELLATION/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We really want you to be delighted with your Rachel Corney Illustration products, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
You can do this by emailing rmlc@hotmail.co.uk with your name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order within 15 days of purchase. We will be in contact as soon as possible.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement or a refund. We will always work with you towards a good resolution. We aim to process and respond to all queries in a timely and efficient manner and ask for your patience while we do this.
We aim to deliver excellent customer service so if you require a cancellation we will try to accommodate this. Please bear in mind when ordering that we try to dispatch as quickly as possible, sometimes same or next day. If your order has already been dispatched then it will not be eligible for a cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in it’s original packaging.
If you wish to return a faulty product please contact us and we can advise the best option for you. Proof of postage may be required. The returns address is provided on the back of your parcel, it is: R. Corney, 30 Upton Meadows, Lynstone, Bude, Cornwall, EX230RB.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected we will email you a confirmation that we have received the return. Any applicable refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. We will return the price of the products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs.
