This pack contains ten different designs of butterfly greetings card, each one supplied with a colour matched envelope.

These ten butterflies are some of Britain's most common species including the Comma, Common blue, Gatekeeper, Marbled white, Orange-tip, Painted lady, Peacock, Red admiral, Small tortoiseshell and Speckled wood. The delicate and bright illustrations are taken from a series of paintings of Britain's most common butterflies by Rachel Corney. Everyone should be able to find at least some of these beautiful butterflies in their locality! This pack is ideal to have stored away at home as they are blank inside therefore can be used for any occasion!

The cards are printed on 300gsm recycled board with eco friendly inks and toners and are blank inside for your own message. The card is a standard A6 size of approximately 14.8cm by 10.5cm, the envelope is C6 in size (approximately 16.2cm by 11.4cm). All of the cards are landscape in design. They are individually wrapped in biodegradable cello and the bundle is tied with colourful cotton thread.

These cards are perfect for any nature lover, entomologist or gardener. They make an ideal gift for stationery fans or can come in very handy to keep at home for emergencies! As they are blank inside they can be used for any occasion. The printing is of a high quality, so they can also look lovely in a frame as an artwork in their own right! Recent summers seemed to prove good years for butterflies. I have certainly enjoyed watching them both in the garden and further afield. Butterflies and bees are two of the things that I just love about summer! I hope they bring you as much joy as they bring me! I have added a colour coordinated background to my original watercolour and ink illustrations to hopefully create some really striking designs. The species of butterfly is written on the back of the card (just in case you need reminding).

Once wrapped in tissue paper and labelled with a Rachel Corney Illustration sticker they are shipped in sturdy board backed or bubble envelopes. Gift messages can be included with orders at checkout.
