This high-quality tea towel features watercolour and ink illustrations of 18 common British species of butterfly and would make a bright and cheerful addition to any kitchen.

This tea towel design is based on the ‘Butterflies of Britain’ poster. It has the same upperwing and underwing illustrations of 18 of the most common species of butterfly found in Britain. The butterflies are illustrated to scale on a tea towel of approximately 68cm x 46cm size. The quality of the print is excellent and the colours are vibrant making this tea towel both beautiful and practical! They make lovely gifts for budding naturalists, gardeners, wildlife enthusiasts etc or as a treat to brighten up your own kitchen.

They are made from 100% cotton cloth which is woven from ethically sourced yarns. They have been digitally printed using water-based, non-toxic inks right here in Cornwall! They have care labels sewn in. Please wash separately before use.

Each tea towel is neatly folded and fastened with a kraft bellyband. Orders are wrapped in tissue paper fixed with a Rachel Corney Illustration sticker. Each order is packed with a message of thanks along with a business card. To cut down on use of plastics, the tea towels are shipped in sturdy paper-padded bags which are biodegradable, as is the paper tape which is used.
